Does Marco Polo™ work on my device?

Marco Polo® works on Android and Apple (iOS) mobile devices:  

• Android version 8.1 and above
• Apple (iOS) version 15 and above

My app will no longer update, what do I do? 

This might occur if you’re using Marco Polo with an unsupported operating system or on an older device that will no longer upgrade. While you’re welcome to continue using the app, we aren’t able to support updates or bug fixes for outdated versions. 

Can I use Marco Polo on my computer? 

The Marco Polo app is not optimized for desktop computer use. This means that while you may be able to download and use the app on a computer, you will likely run into technical issues that we won't be able to help with.
