My app is crashing, what do I do?
Is the Marco Polo® app closing unexpectedly or not opening at all? Trying the following usually resolves the issue.
- Force quit the app.
- Restart your device.
- Open the App Store or Google Play, search for Marco Polo, and make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of the app.
- Check to see if you have a software update available in your device Settings.
- Reinstall the Marco Polo app.
