My app is Crashing, what do I do?

We know crashing can be very frustrating, so we've provided a few options to troubleshoot:

1. If you are experiencing crashing on the app, you may need to update your version of Marco Polo. Check the App Store or Google Play to see if you're on the newest version of our app.

2. Try restarting your app as well as your device.
3. Check to see if you have a software update available for your device. 
If the app is still crashing when you try to open it, or you're receiving an error message, contact our support team at :-)
