Archived Polos

How does archiving work? 👇

If you’re using the free version of the app, most Polos that are 30+ days old will be archived to save space on your device. Archiving does not delete your Polos, and you can always view them at a later time. Restoring a chat typically takes at least 24 hours. 

Note: Polos are not archived for Marco Polo® Plus subscribers.

How do I restore archived Polos? 👇

1. At the far left of a chat storyline, tap See More.
   
2. Tap Restore Polos.

Restoring an archived chat typically takes at least 24 hours.

Once my archived Polos become available, how long will I be able to access them? 👇 

Restored Polos will be archived again once the chat has been inactive for 30+ days.
