How do I change my privacy settings?

Maintaining the privacy and security of the Marco Polo community is very important to us. You can read our Privacy Policy to learn more.

To adjust settings specific to how others see and interact with you in the app 👇

1. On your home screen, tap Settings.

2. Tap Privacy.

> If you don’t want others to receive notifications when you’re on Marco Polo, enable Exclude me from Contact Activity Updates.

> If you don’t want others to be able to save or share Polos you’ve sent them, enable Restrict People from Downloading or Forwarding Polos I’ve Sent Them.

Note: You can choose to restrict everyone or specific people.

> To hide your active status, enable Hide Active Times. Approximate times (recently, last week, last month) will be shown instead.

Note: Once your active status has been hidden for an extended period of time, your contacts will continue to see Active weeks ago displayed as your active time.
