Saving Polos: Multi-select and Export

We've enhanced the chat archive experience to make it easier for you to download and save multiple Polos from your account. You can still download and save individual Polos within the storyline of your chats and within the chat archive, but now you can also do so with multiple Polos at once ✨

  1. Navigate to the chat archive

  2. Click on the check icon on the top right of the screen

  3. Select the Polos you wish to download and save

The number of Polos you can download to your device depends on the space available and the size of the Polos.

We now offer the ability to bulk export an entire chat! You can use this feature by:


1. Tap into the chat you'd like to download the entire chat for

2. Tap into the chat archive

3. Tap on the 3 vertical dots located in the top right corner of the archive

4. Tap on "Download all Polos in the chat"



☝️ Before using this feature please double-check that you've verified your email address☝️


To make sure you're email address is verified- please follow these steps:

1. Go to your Marco Polo settings (within Marco Polo)
2. Tap on your name
3. Look at your email and If it's verified you'll see "verified" in green lettering

If it's not verified- please tap on your email and follow the prompts to verify your email.
