Our service provider, AWS, had an outage that caused issues sending and receiving Polos between 8:15 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. Eastern Time for certain customers. This AWS outage also affected many other apps and online services.

What happened

During the AWS outage, some Polos may not have loaded, played, or sent successfully. You might have seen an error message when trying to record or view a Polo.

What to expect now

AWS is back up and running, and everything in Marco Polo should now work normally.

Your existing Polos and data are safe. If you were unable to send Polos during the AWS outage, you can now resend them by pressing and holding the affected Polos.

No action needed for new Polos

New Polos will record, send, and play as expected.
