How do I delete a Polo? How do I delete all my Polos?
You can delete the Polos you've recorded and you can also remove Polos that others have shared with you. To delete or remove Polos one at a time within the app:
- Tap and hold the Polo thumbnail.
- Select Remove/Delete.
To delete a Polo from your chat archive:
1. Tap the archive icon/button near the left side of your storyline
2. Tap on the thumbnail of the Polo you'd like to delete and select delete on the bottom right side of the screen
Notes:
- If you delete a Polo that you recorded, the above steps will delete the Polo permanently for you and all others in the conversation as well as delete it from the Marco Polo servers.
- If you remove a Polo that someone sent you, it will only be removed from your Polo storyline. The sender will still have access to it.
Would you like to delete all your sent Polos?
Through customer support, you may request the deletion of all your sent Polos or all your sent Polos in a particular chat by emailing privacy@marcopolo.me.
You can also request deletion of your account as well as your sent Polos by emailing privacy@marcopolo.me.
Please note that requesting deletion permanently deletes the content and information from our servers and from the Marco Polo accounts of whomever you sent Polos to.
