My account is active but I received an email about having an inactive account

If you recently received an email stating that your inactive account would soon be deleted, check to make sure the phone number listed within the email is the number associated with your account.

While a phone number can only be associated with one Marco Polo account, an email address can be associated with more than one account. If you have more than one person in your household using Marco Polo, check to see if that account holder may have used the same email address to create a Marco Polo account.

Rest assured, if your account is active, it will not be deleted.
