How are inactive accounts handled?

Accounts with two years of inactivity are scheduled for deletion.

Account holders are notified via email 30 days before the account is scheduled for deletion. If they don’t log into the account before the deletion date listed in the email they receive, the account will be permanently deleted from our system.
