What's a Chat Tile?

When you add a contact, their profile image will appear on your home screen. This image is what we call a Chat Tile. 

Tapping a Chat Tile opens the conversation you are having with one person or a group.

You can change a Chat Tile, or remove a contact from your home screen, by tapping on the three dots to the right of your Chat Tile.
