My Polo isn’t sending, what should I do?

The Marco Polo app works best with a strong internet connection so that videos can load and be sent properly.

It may help to move to an area with a stronger internet connection, preferably using Wi-Fi rather than cellular service. If you’re already connected to Wi-Fi, you can also try resetting your connection.

If you see the option to re-send or retry, tap that option to try sending again.
