How do I delete my Marco Polo account?
We’re sad to see you go! Marco Polo® is committed to helping you feel closer to the people who matter most without asking you to compromise on trust. If this hasn’t been your experience or you have any suggestions for improvement, we would love to hear your feedback.
Important things to note before you go👇
❗️Deleted accounts are not recoverable.
When you delete your account, you will no longer be able to access your Polo history, groups you’ve joined, or Sharecasts you’ve created. Be sure to save any Polos (or Seconds) that you’d like to keep before deleting your account.
❗️Deleting your account will not erase Polos you've sent or Sharecasts you’ve created.
If you want your content erased, you'll need to delete everything manually before deleting your account. Find more information in the “Retention” section in our Privacy Policy.
❗️Deleting your account will not automatically cancel or remove any paid subscriptions.
To end your Marco Polo Plus subscription:
- Open the Marco Polo app and tap Settings.
- Tap Plus Subscription.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- In your subscription list, select Marco Polo.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
*You can also cancel your Plus subscription directly through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
