What happens to Polos in trash after I purchase a premium plan?

After you purchase a premium subscription, either Plus or Unlimited Storage, all Polos currently viewable in the Trash section of your account will be restored to their respective chat archives.

Additionally, some Polos that have been previously removed from your account may also be restored. This includes:

• Polos that were retained by a connection who is a premium subscriber

Polos that were removed from your account and deleted from our servers cannot be restored, even with the purchase of a premium subscription.
